Key Requirements
Previous experience in aerospace finishing, painting, or processing preferred
Proficiency in using spray painting equipment
Proficiency in using sandblasting tools
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Ability to detect surface imperfections
Physical ability to stand for long periods
Lift up to 20 lbs.
Perform repetitive motions
Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling coatings, chemicals, and protective equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
