Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations.
This role requires administering medications, developing care plans, and ensuring all personnel comply with established policies and procedures for quality patient care.
The successful candidate will participate in facility surveys, manage incident reports, and lead staff during night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
