Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • This role requires administering medications, developing care plans, and ensuring all personnel comply with established policies and procedures for quality patient care.
  • The successful candidate will participate in facility surveys, manage incident reports, and lead staff during night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
