Job Summary

  • This position directly supports national security and suitability investigations, focusing on providing support to the field and review departments through the investigator helpline as well as case scoping.
  • Serve as subject matter expert by demonstrating a high level of knowledge of customer policies and procedures to include case coverage for all case types, issue resolution, reporting requirements, and working knowledge of FWS.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience conducting/processing background investigations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Must maintain a current favorably adjudicated T5 or T5R background investigation
  • U.S. Citizenship required for Federal security clearance
