Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years alternative investment fund accounting experience
Deep expertise in US GAAP investment company accounting
Experience with complex fund structures and credit products
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
Demonstrated leadership managing accounting teams
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with IFRS and LUX standards preferred
Chartered Accountant or CPA license preferred
Experience with Advent Geneva software
Proactive problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail and independent judgment
