Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience in sales operations, process management, or ERP transformation programs
Experience with SAP strongly preferred
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end business process mapping and optimization
Experience coordinating UAT, training and cross functional stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical, communication and change management skills
