The Actuarial Talent Development Analyst will support the global OW Actuarial population on all talent development-related activities, including employee engagement, performance management, and training.
Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR and talent data to generate actionable insights, identifying opportunities for process automation, and supporting the design and execution of performance management initiatives.
