The person is expected to support the DIMQ (Distribution In-Market Quality) team in operational activities, such as supports to ensure that all products are handled and transported in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory requirements.
Support the team with the completion of various diverse tasks, including update and maintenance of company-internal databases, audit tracking dashboards, preparation of monthly and quarterly meetings with Global Freight Forwarders, completion of Change Control requests.
Coordinate supplier deviation investigations within Transportation Management and Logistics & Distribution with the different stakeholders.
