Job Summary

  • Lead day-to-day packaging, finished goods warehouse, and shipping operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time product flow.
  • Supervise and develop a team of 20+ employees, including performance management, coaching, scheduling, timekeeping, and time-off approvals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and labor optimization initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and workflow efficiency.
