  • The Senior Access Coordinator provides non-medical support to patients, clinical care team members and the organization, demonstrating advanced expertise in product, process or a service line area where patient care coordination across multiple disciplines is practiced.
  • This position is responsible for providing consumers with accurate, up-to-date information regarding products, services and procedures, and demonstrates an advanced ability to help patients understand complex medical information related to their healthcare journey.
  • The role includes advanced proficiency in multiple EMR platforms and may also support Scheduling Lead Coordinator and Access Management by assisting with training and support for new staff and student interns.
