As a Nursing Professional Development Specialist, you will plan, implement and evaluate nursing orientation as well as the ongoing professional development of nurses at Indian River Hospital.
In this role, you will collaborate with hospital leadership and the other Nursing Professional Development Specialists on the team to coordinate our program, which is supporting the nurses improving care for our Emergency Department.
