Job Summary
Ensure professional and on-time reception of the guest at the airport, and ensure guest safety and comfort till the guest reaches hotel premises, with adherence to brand standards and process guidelines.
Liaise with the relevant government officials like the Airport Authority officials, Custom Authorities, Immigration officials, Airline officials, Airport Security officials, Airport Pass section officials, Traffic police officials etc. on a regular basis to maintain relations.
