Job Summary
This individual will work collaboratively with other engineers and the supply chain team to facilitate smooth new product introductions (NPIs) by ensuring documentation packages are accurate, complete and ready to transfer to suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.
Author and maintain assembly and inspection procedures related to the manufacture of analog/RF electrical, power electrical, electro-mechanical modules and sub-assemblies.
Interact with suppliers to troubleshoot production issues, and maintain design and manufacturing documentation for improvements.

PCB CAD software (Altium preferred)
design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA)
GD&T knowledge
PCB fabrication houses
contract manufacturers
analog/RF electrical, power electrical, electro-mechanical modules
Nice-to-have
startup environment experience
digital thread and model-based definition (MBD)
Key Requirements
Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or 6+ years of experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Proficiency in PCB CAD software (Altium preferred)
Thorough understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly, production test
Proficiency with product lifecycle management (PLM)
