Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the planning, budgeting, and execution of catering and food and beverage functions while maintaining the highest standards in live events and guest experience.
  • Seek, negotiate, and contract new and repeat business by conducting sales calls, telemarketing, networking, and attending events throughout the city and surrounding areas.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
