This position is responsible for the planning, budgeting, and execution of catering and food and beverage functions while maintaining the highest standards in live events and guest experience.
Seek, negotiate, and contract new and repeat business by conducting sales calls, telemarketing, networking, and attending events throughout the city and surrounding areas.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
