  • As a member of the CAL Production Team, you will train packers, report to the Shift Supervisor, and will work closely with various team members to achieve a cohesive unit.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-5 years manufacturing experience
  • Extrusion experience preferred
  • Ability to adhere to Amcor’s Safety, Health, and Environmental Vision
  • Ability to read and write to complete forms
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in warm, humid, and cool climates
  • Ability to handle & resolve problems
  • Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, days or nights
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Must be punctual
  • Ability to read a ruler to 1/8”/tape measure and gauge caliper device
  • Basic math skills
  • Must follow on-call rotation
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
