The role involves administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, and care plan functions to ensure comprehensive nursing service delivery.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies, including infection control, safety regulations, and resident care standards.
