Job Summary

  • The Deputy Constituency Director partners and assists the Constituency Director in formulating and reviewing plans for the development of Grassroots Organisations to achieve a highly liveable neighbourhood and a harmonious community.
  • This role involves strategizing and working closely with key stakeholders on the workplan of the constituency, facilitating, motivating, and guiding Grassroots Leaders and organisations.
  • The position requires guiding GROs in their communication and feedback processes with residents on new government policies and strengthening outreach and engagement capabilities through more effective communications.
