Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Mechanical Engineering qualification
Experience delivering mechanical services design in rail stations
Ability to produce mechanical drawings and engineering calculations
Experience working with 3D models in a BIM environment
Strong knowledge of HVAC, public health, ventilation and control systems
Working Knowledge of relevant British Standards and Building Regulations
Nice-to-have
Chartered or working towards Chartership
Proven experience leading mechanical design packages
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Commitment to sustainability and innovation
Experience with Hevacomp, Cymap, IES, Revit MEP software
Key Requirements
Mechanical Engineering qualification required
Right to work in the UK mandatory
Experience in rail station or complex building design
Proficiency with BIM environments and 3D modeling tools
