Job Summary

• The Assistant Director will support the Institute’s mission to provide leadership, character, and career development to best prepare all Ohio State student-athletes for life after graduation.
• Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating professional development programs, overseeing entrepreneurship programming, managing social media and the EDSLI website, and assisting student-athletes with resume building and career consultations.
• The role requires creative thinking to continuously improve engagement with student-athletes and actively proposing new and innovative ways to reach the goals of the Leadership Institute.
