Mechanical equipment installation and repair
Pneumatic and electronic control systems

Experience with air balancing and TAB procedures
Knowledge of multiple BAS platforms
Background in healthcare or institutional facilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with water treatment and steam systems
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 4 years HVAC experience or 4-year apprenticeship
Valid Stationary Engineer License in good standing
EPA Universal Certification (Section 608)
Membership in International Union of Operating Engineers Local 399
