Job Summary
Investment Associates are involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, monitoring portfolio companies and evaluating follow-on transactions and exit opportunities.
Associates play an integral role in forecasting operating results and financial returns for potential new investments and identifying key opportunities and due diligence items.
Associates frequently interact with investors, lenders, third-party advisors, senior partners, and senior management of acquisition targets and portfolio companies.
