The position involves active participation in facility mock surveys, complaint visits, and assisting with plans of correction to achieve survey excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
Current license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within one year of hire
Prior regional experience preferred
CPR certification required
Maintain license in good standing with state board
