The role is responsible for overseeing and executing the development of the Group’s digital communication platforms, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
Manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital communication platforms including corporate website, intranet, and social media channels.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for website and intranet, leveraging analytics tools to assess audience engagement, content effectiveness, and channel growth.
