UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Medical Technologist II for a full-time position in Worcester, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in performing complex medical tests and interpreting results, contributing to patient care and laboratory quality

Job Summary

  • Works with considerable independence to perform and interpret various chemical, microscopic, and/or bacteriologic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Provides guidance and consultation to Medical Technologist I’s and Medical Lab. Technicians in the interpretation of complex or unusual test results.
  • Assists in development new test and quality procedures for assigned area.

Key Requirements
