Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Certified Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification
  • 3 to 5 years experience as a Scrum Master
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 4+ years Agile methodology in large enterprise
  • Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks
  • 3+ years experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to perform as a Scrum Master on team level
