Job Summary

• You will coordinate and supervise your team's activity, fostering professional development and team dynamics, particularly by supporting an analytical culture and continuous improvement to strengthen decision support.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Disneyland Paris operations, piloting your activity by ensuring internal client satisfaction and controlling operating costs while preserving the social climate within your scope.
• You will be responsible for animating and developing the team, as well as 360° collaboration with other Supply Chain teams and Partners.
