Job Summary
The Sourcing Operations Manager leads end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and operational execution for a defined product line serving the APAC Broadband Business Unit.
This role requires developing and executing a sourcing strategy, identifying and qualifying suppliers, and driving supplier performance through regular business reviews.
The individual will own the product line from a sourcing and supply chain perspective, collaborating with Product Management on lifecycle planning and cost optimization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations in the APAC/SEA region
