Job Summary
The role leads the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies for clinical equipment, consumables, and services within a leading children's hospital.
Candidates will drive contract compliance, negotiate pricing for agreements ranging from $1M to $2M, and lead formal RFX processes for major sourcing projects.
The position requires partnering with the Value Analysis team to identify savings opportunities and support the opening of new facilities through strategic supply chain planning.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years supply chain experience
5 years contract negotiation experience
ERP system proficiency (Lawson/PeopleSoft)
System-wide contract administration knowledge
RFX process leadership capabilities
Nice-to-have
Healthcare setting experience preferred
GPO experience valued
Master's degree or professional certification
Value analysis and product standardization skills
Project management for new facility openings
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
7-10 years in supply chain/materials management
5 years in contract negotiations or project management
Proficiency in enterprise resource planning software
