Job Summary

• Our equipment operators perform many different tasks including receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading product.
• Operate all equipment, Reach Truck, Order Selector, Double Walkie Rider, Forklift in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• NAPA Associates are required to have the stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months prior work experience preferred
• 6 months prior Powered Industrial Equipment experience preferred
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
• Ability to recognize and distinguish letters and numbers
• Ability to identify numeric and alphanumeric sequences accurately
• Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs
