Heinz Philippines is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support brand marketing efforts, innovation projects, and P&L management within the Western Taste Elevation Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG marketing, project management, and strong analytical and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Co-lead in innovation, activation, advertising, and promotion for the deployment of the Brand Marketing Plan and budget.
  • Co-own the P&L (top line & bottom line) with GPM to ensure that key business KPI's are met -- revenue, profit, market share and brand health.
  • Assist the GPM in NPD launches from "Ideation" through to full in-market launch by coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage the projects deliver on time.

Key Requirements
