Job Summary

• Manage and own all aspects of the program including facilitating design and build of new non-remittance based user experiences, defining business requirements, coordinating regulatory licensing and associated compliance programs.
• Seek and digest customer feedback, create business cases, and coordinate configuration into the Western Union App, defining detailed business requirements for each product service.
• Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation, with an expectation to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
