  • This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the division, including all tasks and responsibilities required for providing legal representation and administrative functions such as case management.
  • Functions include providing direct legal representation, performing administrative, management, and supervisory duties, and ensuring day-to-day administrative duties are performed by monitoring and supervising the division’s operation.

Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
  • Member in good standing of Oklahoma Bar Association

  • Comply with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements
