  • Developing, enhancing, and managing AIA’s Health & Wellness ecosystem targeted at High Net Worth (HNW) customers.
  • Overseeing the Case Management team, ensuring best in class underwriting, clinical and professional service guidance, seamless care navigation, and exceptional service delivery for HNW customers requiring complex Wealth & Health support.
  • Analyze customer health needs, service utilization patterns, medical trends, and feedback to drive ecosystem enhancements.
