Job Summary
Structures and MEP Property & Buildings engineering design require a permanent pre-contract and projects commercial manager to support and develop the business’s commercial acumen at and beyond the crucial bidding stage.
Lead, Coordinate & Compile Bids and Contractual arrangements for Multi-Disciplinary Projects and complete WSP internal processes for Assess and Develop stages of the project lifecycle for Promotional Projects (Bids).
Train staff in commercial management practices within Property & Buildings and raise commercial awareness through regular feedback, bid and project reviews, meetings, and training.
