Spatial Genomics is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to contribute to all phases of product development, focusing on instrument architecture and system integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware systems and a strong interdisciplinary approach, alongside proficiency in Python and data analysis

Job Summary

  • As a System Engineer, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development process, from initial ideation and requirements generation to prototyping to launch.
  • Develop models that allow for data-driven decisions on products, simulating tradeoffs between performance of instruments and consumables, and product COGS.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the product development process; run design reviews and lead technical efforts at project and platform levels.
