The Client Engineer owns the Customer Experience for their customers by acting as a primary partner and point of contact for select strategic customers.
They focus on driving successful deployments of RapidIdentity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, accelerating adoption of the RapidIdentity platform, and maintaining a productive relationship between Identity Automation, a Jamf company, and the customer in highly complex enterprise environments.
