Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, and assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
The position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves direct resident care, including measuring vital signs and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
