Job Summary
The individual in this role will independently lead the design & development of new product / innovation projects, responsible for generating ideas, developing product, and executing customer validation trials.
Contributes to the Innovation Idea Pipeline/Funnel through new Ideas and POCs for new exploratory projects, and is responsible for all key tasks of new product introduction such as Development, planning, Design of experiments, Validations etc.
Regularly Interact & communicate with Global R&D team and work in collaboration with multifunctional Teams (Marketing, Analytical, Regulatory etc.).
