Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
8–10 years of experience in Operations, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement
Proven experience managing system enhancements and preparing user requirements
Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Demonstrated ability to lead small to mid‑scale projects
Solid project management capabilities
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
