This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing across a global client base while driving continuous improvement in billing processes, systems, and team capability.
The Billing Manager will manage and develop a team of Billing Analysts, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Sales, and Revenue Operations, and act as the primary escalation point for complex billing matters.
