Key Requirements

  • 3–7 years’ experience in advice operations, governance/quality, compliance monitoring, operational risk or assurance
  • Practical experience with advice platforms (e.g., Xplan, IRESS) and CRM
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated capability in root-cause analysis and process redesign
  • Experience with quality assurance/monitoring
  • Experience executing control testing/evidence collation
  • Ability to define and manage operational KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail and structured analytical skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
