Key Requirements
Graduate level student (MS / PhD)
Electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science degree
Graduate level course in Computer Networking or Wireless Communications
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Java
Must be a US Citizen

Letter of recommendation from graduate committee chair or graduate advisor
