This job concentrates on the development of clinical practice skills in a specialized area of pharmacy practice.
Actively participates in multidisciplinary patient care rounds and teaching conferences and knowledge of the medication use process will be developed via patient care activities.
Communication skills will be developed through writing assignments, presentations and day-to-day interactions with health care professionals.
