Lead all receiving, outbound shipping, distribution, and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment, ensuring finished goods are shipped accurately, on time, and in full compliance.
Direct and manage all shipping and outbound logistics operations, including scheduling, carrier coordination, documentation, and dock activities, while partnering with Production, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Purchasing.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly warehouse team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement.
