Base: $75,000 - $85,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or other engineering discipline or material science
3-5 years of experience in R&D/product development and/or design engineering
Knowledge of polymer materials and mass-transport mechanism
