Job Summary
The Office of Attorney General’s Utility Regulation Unit represents and protects the interests of the state’s utility customers in administrative and civil proceedings affecting utility rates, charges, and terms and conditions of service.
The successful candidate will primarily advocate for utility customers in proceedings before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, including researching, analyzing, and presenting complex financial and legal information at trial and through briefing.
Minor travel is expected for this role.
