Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience building and using NGS technologies
  • proven track record of identifying and implementing novel technologies
  • Previous experience managing a high performing team
  • Extensive experience with various NGS platforms
  • Strong background in laboratory automation
