Job Summary

  • The Manager of Business Process Improvement is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, financial performance, and organizational scalability.
  • This role will lead cross-functional project teams; ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business outcomes and promote a culture of operational excellence and data driven decision making across the credit union.
  • Partner with Finance, RG&L, Technology, Risk, HR, and Member Experience teams to identify high-value improvement opportunities that deliver measurable business results.
