Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT support
2 years supporting executive or VIP users
Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and remote access
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple)
