Ensure the program team is set up for success in deployment and release activity, complying with ITSM processes and improving delivery effectiveness, quality, and velocity.
Participate in Domain Leadership Group, support Platform owners and Stream leads, and apply a risk lens to all delivery and deployment activities for informed decision-making.
