  • Ensure the program team is set up for success in deployment and release activity, complying with ITSM processes and improving delivery effectiveness, quality, and velocity.
  • Participate in Domain Leadership Group, support Platform owners and Stream leads, and apply a risk lens to all delivery and deployment activities for informed decision-making.
