Key Requirements

• Associate's degree in maintenance or equivalent experience
• 4+ years building maintenance experience
• 4+ years hand/power tool operation
• Ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver's license
• No more than two moving violations
• No alcohol/drug events in last 36 months
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
